Coaching; is a very effective way to create sustainable change, enabling people to perform way beyond their own expectations. Coaching can do many things and what I do is make sure you full fill your potential, I help you break through potential barriers, bring clarity, make sure you have a clear goal and motivate  and or inspire you to get there. For me a job well done is a job where there is a tangible result, at the end of us working together, that you have moved forward. Coaching can be done face to face, telephone and/or Skype. After an intake which is free, we can decide a path forward and how many sessions you think you need.

Mentoring; this skill although very close to coaching, differs from coaching that I can give advice to you on how I think you could tackle issues. I would still ask questions but if I felt you could do with advice I would give it to you.
